Love these shoes!
I have owned a pair of the Sport high shoes for a while now. I love them! I had stopped exercising and was looking for a cheat for when I did walk. Boy have these changed the backs of my legs...they look pretty darn good...plus, they help with your posture, and there is a big difference from walking around in these and just plain old tennis shoes. I play volleyball in them now and it's added 2 inches to my height...that's cool too. I've even started working out again just because it really gave me encouragement in the look of my legs. I don't recommend wasting your money on starting with the low and working your way up...unless you are in really bad shape or extremely heavy. I just went straight for the highs and am glad I did. They are too pricey to just keep upgrading....you'll love these shoes!!!!!!!
